4. Orders
4.1 Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation confirming dispatch.

Delivery restrictions apply.
Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Fermentista app is non-refundable, please cancel the subscription in Your Payments section.
